Q.  What is included in the registration cost of $199?

·       (3) Event access codes (1 for the Distributor + 2 guests, which can be Distributors, Customers or Prospects), and a digital workbook

Q. Will there be group registration pricing available?

A. No, there will not be group registration pricing available.

Q. Will the virtual event be provided in Closed Captioning?

A . Yes.

Q. What languages will translations be available in?

Q.  Do I need to know at the time of purchase who I am inviting as my two guests?

A. Although it will be helpful, you do not need to know at the time of purchase. You will be able to add your guests information up until October 21, 2020.

Q.  What if I do not enter my guests information by October 21, 2020?

A. Access links will be sent to all attendees (yourself and your two guests) on October 22nd. Without their information, we are unable to send your guests their access link and your guest tickets will expire.

Q. I am already registered for Global Convention in Las Vegas, so what does that mean for me now that the event is virtual?

A. All registrations will be automatically converted to a virtual Global Convention ticket.

Q. How do I cancel my hotel reservation from the Live Global Event?

A. If you booked a hotel within our room block at the Westgate in Las Vegas, then the hotel will cancel all room reservations and reverse any charges you may have received on your credit card. You will not need to reach out to the Westgate to cancel. If you booked outside the LifeVantage block, please contact your hotel directly to cancel.

Q. How do I cancel airfare or rental car reservations?

A. Please contact your airline and rental car agency directly to cancel. **Most airlines are not giving refunds, but credit for you to rebook at a future time.

Q. Can I transfer my virtual Global Convention ticket to another distributor for this event?

A . Yes, you may transfer your ticket by September 30 from one name to another in your back office. This is to ensure the correct ticketed distributor receives their registration gift box.

Q. Can I transfer my virtual Global Convention ticket to another future event?

A. No, you will not be able to transfer your virtual Global Convention ticket to a future event.

Q. Can I purchase a virtual Global Convention ticket for a guest? 

A. No, we are not allowing guest registration for this event. However, you can purchase a ticket for yourself that comes with two free guest tickets.

Q. Can I purchase a virtual Global Convention ticket for another distributor?

A. Yes, you can add another distributor to your registration. 

Q. Can I purchase a virtual Global Convention ticket for a guest?

A. No, we are not allowing guest registration for this event.

Q. Can I purchase a virtual Global Convention ticket for another distributor?

Q. What is the last day to register?

A. The last day to register is Wednesday, October 21st.

Q. When will registered attendees be sent the link to access virtual Global Convention?

A. Info about creating a log in with the link will be available in October. You will only be able to create a log in if you have registered for the event.

Q. What devices will I need to access the virtual event?

A. Any device that has the use of a web browser should be able to access the event.

Q. What if I can’t watch the virtual event?

A. We’ve got you covered! The virtual Global Convention will remain open for 30 days after the event. You can log on at any time to view the recorded sessions.

Q.  Does everyone who registers for the event receive a Convention Registration Pack?

A.  No, only the purchaser of the event package will receive a Registration Pack while supplies last (the two guests on your ticket will not receive a Registration Pack). Get registered as soon as possible.

Q. Does everyone who registers for the event receive a Convention gift box?

A. Yes, everyone who registers for the event will receive a Convention gift box while supplies last. Get registered as soon as possible.

Q. When should I expect my Convention gift box?

A. Convention gift boxes will begin shipping the first week of October. You will be notified of shipment via email.

Q. When is the last day I can register to receive my Convention gift box before the event?

A. October 1, 2020. Registration after this date will still receive the Convention gift box, however, we cannot guarantee you will receive it before the Convention.

Q. Will I be able to download the videos of the sessions and trainings for future reference? Or record them and use them as training materials to share with my team?

A. No, there will not be a download option available.

Q. Will breakouts be the same as the live event?

A. We will be offering topic-based breakouts as a part of your registration fee. These will be available on-demand (for 30 days after the event) for you to watch at your leisure. Breakouts will be translated into English, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, Thai, and Dutch.

Q. Will there be recognition during this event?

A. Yes, we will have a dedicated session to recognize leadership and rank advancements. New rank advancements in all markets since October 1st, 2018 will be recognized. More details to come.

Q. Will there be a store?

A. Yes, there will be an online merchandise store with exclusive promotions and product bundles.
